About Us
My journey into natural and integrative medicine began not in a classroom, but through one of the most challenging experiences of my life.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many others, this diagnosis changed everything. It forced me to pause, reflect, and ask deeper questions—not just about treatment, but about why illness develops in the first place. I began to look beyond symptoms and started exploring the root causes of disease, lifestyle influences, emotional wellbeing, and our connection to nature.
